No win, no fee funding
Quality Advice and Support
We are able to offer the majority of our personal injury clients, no win/no fee funding with after the event insurance (ATE) to cover the risk of losing. This means:
If successful your base legal costs, expert and Court fees are met by the other side; in accordance with Law Society guidelines, the only deduction from damages is the cost of the ATE premium and any success fee which will never exceed 25% of the damages recovered.
If unsuccessful you will not pay any of the legal costs or expenses that you have incurred; the other party’s costs are met by the ATE policy, along with the premium.
In other words, if unsuccessful you are not required to meet any legal costs, expenses or insurance premium.
We are proud of the results that we achieve for our clients and though often fighting complex cases we are successful in the vast majority.
We are a dedicated team of lawyers with extensive experience of representing claimants. We aim to conclude cases as quickly as possible, making full use of the Court Rules to ensure that maximum damages are recovered. We attach the highest priority to client care and to supporting clients and their families, when most needed.
For those suffering serious or terminal conditions we will visit clients at home and assist with application for appropriate welfare benefits and advise on palliative and hospice care.

Clinical Negligence
The majority of health professionals are dedicated to their work and provide high standards of care. In spite of this, there are occasions when standards of care fall below those required resulting in injury, disability or death.
These claims can be more complex than most. We are proud of the results which we achieve in cases involving General Practitioners, Dentists and Hospital Doctors in a wide range of medical disciplines including general practice, orthopaedic, gynaecology/obstetrics, dental, ophthalmology, oncology and others. In recent years, we have acted for a large number of clients in cases involving hospital acquired infection and pressure sores.
We are members of the Association of Victims of Medical Accident (AVMA) and are corporate members of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and hold the APIL corporate and ISO900 quality mark. As solicitors we are committed to the Rules of Professional Conduct and are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). As a practice, we hold the following quality marks: APIL Corporate, IIP, ISO 9000. As Solicitors, we are subject to rules of professional conduct and are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA).

Industrial Injuries and Asbestos Cases
Our cases involve exposure in a wide range of occupations and industrial settings, including dock work, shipbuilding/repair, foundries, construction, power stations and many other sectors. In recent years, we have acted for family members who have received no direct exposure and also for those employed in non-industrial settings such as school teachers and administrative workers.
We are often instructed by Executors or next of kin of deceased claimants, bringing claims on behalf of the estate of the deceased under the Fatal Accidents and Law Reform Acts.
We recover damages for the full spectrum of asbestos disorders, including Diffuse Pleural Thickening (DPT), Lung Fibrosis (Asbestosis), Lung Cancer and Mesothelioma.
